Buck Baits wants you to enjoy your shopping experience. We have negotiated with United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, FedEx, and other freight companies, offer competitive shipping and handling charges.
Are products are brand new and shipped directly from our warehouses.
All order are shipped upon availability and arrive to your location based on selected carriers shipping timelines. We strive to make sure your order arrives as fast as they can from the time you order.
We strive to have products in stock and ready to ship when you do order, however some of our items are hand-made, come from animals, artisan products, made fresh, and may take a little longer to arrive. During check out we provide you with the status of every product. If an item is unavailable we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product.
Individual products on website reflect current pricing and are subject to change.
Most orders ship within 1 business day.
Freight cost is calculated for each item in the Shopping Cart Check out.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Heavy or oversize items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges listed above. Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed when you place the item in your shopping bag; in our catalog, the surcharge appears in parentheses after the item price. Also, some items cannot be shipped via Express delivery or to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands and this is also noted on the product page.
At present Buck Baits, LLC does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and its territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam). We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Although rare and in the event of a return, we have some very specific policies.
Buck Baits is proud of our collection and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the concern. We regret that items may not be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect. This does not include shipping damages, and or shipping errors. Please note that all items agreed upon for return MUST be in all the original packaging to protect the item during transit.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Very rare, if your order arrives damaged, refuse the order with the shipping carrier upon attempted delivery for obvious damage. Your assistance in providing photographs and/or other evidence is much appreciated and will help expedite a solution. If a packing error occurred, please contact email@example.com immediately. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.
Canceling an order
To cancel an order of a back ordered item, please log into your account or contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that some back ordered items will ship prior to the date stated in the shopping cart when you checkout. Buck Baits, LLC cannot cancel an order for any item after the item has been picked and labeled for shipping.
How to return merchandise
You will be provided instructions from one of our customer service team members and a packing slip sent to you via email. Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip. The item(s) must be in all original packaging to protect during transit. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
You will have a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned to your item. The RA number must be written on the return freight paperwork and on the carton.
Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.
